Listing of shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange

On 18 July 2007, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange resolved to admit 37,947,198 (thirty-seven million, nine hundred and forty-seven thousand, one hundred and ninety-eight) shares of PTA Grupp AS (change of name to ASSilvano Fashion Group pending, the “Company”) to trading on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The resolution came into force on the date of adoption.

The Company will also publish the date for the commencement of trading in its shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange as soon as it becomes available.
