With reference to the extraordinary shareholder meeting resolutions of Silvano Fashion Group from 17.03.2011, the Registration Department of the Harju County Court has registered the amendments to the capital and bylaws of the company as of 30.06.2011.

Effective from 30.06.2011, the share capital of Silvano Fashion Group is 19’750’000 euros, divided into 39’500’000 common shares with par value of 0.50 euros.
