On 05 April 2011, AS Silvano Fashion Group published the audited annual report for 2010. In accordance with Article 333 1) of the Commercal Code, SFG hereby publishes the report of the supervisory board regarding the financial statements for 2010. The report of the supervisory board has been appended to the financial statements for 2010 as page no 74.
